One of the most important aspects of the project was modernizing a failing surveillance environment while the facility remained fully occupied and operational.
Rather than performing a phased shutdown or extended renovation process, we coordinated a rapid multi-level deployment that replaced the entire legacy analog system in under one week. The installation required close coordination with building management, secure network isolation, and careful infrastructure planning across office, lobby, and parking environments.
