A commercial medical device manufacturer operating facilities in St. Louis and Las Vegas faced ongoing security failures caused by unreliable legacy systems, excessive false alarms, rising service costs, and poor provider support.
Their primary 25,000-square-foot St. Louis headquarters had become so unreliable that the facility was frequently forced to leave the alarm system disarmed. False alarms occurred multiple times per month, often overnight, eventually resulting in a city subpoena due to excessive emergency dispatch responses.
The client’s secondary Las Vegas warehouse experienced similar issues caused by environmental conditions and improperly engineered security infrastructure.
