Project Overview
Connextivity was awarded a prime contract to restore and maintain a critical surveillance system at a U.S. military installation after inheriting a complex legacy environment that had remained partially offline for years.
The project involved diagnosing long-standing technical issues, restoring system functionality, modernizing aging infrastructure, and providing ongoing support for mission-critical operations across multiple buildings and surveillance environments.
Today, we continue to maintain and support the facility’s surveillance infrastructure through ongoing preventative maintenance, system upgrades, and emergency response services.
The Challenge
The installation’s existing surveillance system presented multiple operational and infrastructure challenges.
Large portions of the environment remained offline, limiting visibility across key operational areas and creating reliability concerns for day-to-day operations. The system consisted of aging analog infrastructure, outdated servers, and legacy surveillance hardware requiring specialized diagnostics and integration expertise.
